a season of kindness
softening into grace
An immersion into a kinder way of beingβ with yourself.
June β July β August
Where youβre held, not hurried.
to the woman reading this..
who longs for more self-kindness, compassion, and ease β
not as another thing to do, but as a way of being.
who is tired of the pressure, the lists, the noise... and still finds herself berating her heart for not "doing or being enough."
Softening into Grace was made for you.
Not to fix you.
Not to improve you.
But to offer you a gentle way home β to yourself.
And if you happen to be an eldest daughter tooβ the one who manages to always hold it all togetherβ I see you (because Iβm one too). Youβre no doubt already thinking of someone else who needs this, arenβt you?
But what if, this time... itβs you?
What if you offered yourself the same love, care, and kindness
you so naturally give to everyone else?
May this season be the one where you finally allow yourself to receive.
To slow.
To allow.
To soften.
To be held β in your own compassion.
If youβre hearing a gentle whispering of βyesβ beneath the noise...
know there is a place for you here.

Come as you areβ
meet yourself with gentle grace,
kindness and compassionβ¦
for who you once were,
for who you are now,
for who you are becoming,
and all the spaces in between.
welcome to a season of kindness_ softening into grace
What is softening into grace?
At its heart, Softening into Grace is a season of self-kindness and compassion, held gently through the slower, more inward months of winter.
But letβs be clear on what it isnβt.
This is not a course, program, protocol, or another thing to add to your endless to-do list. Itβs not here to make you feel behind, overwhelmed, or like youβre doing it wrong.Softening into Grace is a way of being β
gentler, kinder, more compassionate with yourself.Itβs about softening your harsh inner edges, quieting the critic, and meeting yourself β exactly as you are β with the same kindness you so often extend to others.
Itβs an immersion.
This kind of self-kindness doesnβt come through information alone. It takes practice. It asks to be lived. Embodied. Grown into, gently. There are no hacks or shortcuts β just the daily, imperfect art of being kind to you.
After 30+ years of walking this path, I know this to be true:
Self-kindness changes everything.
Thatβs why weβre devoting an entire season to it β to immerse in the art and practice of compassion.A little more on what it is:
An immersion in being kind, not doing kind (yes, thereβs a difference).
A space to soften, slow down, and let grace in.
An invitation to meet yourself with kindness, not comparison.
A space where youβre held, not hurried.
A place to be β unlearning, remembering, reconnecting.
A season of gentleness, softly guided and supported with warmth, care, and community.
Why I created this journey:
Because giving yourself the grace of self-compassion β especially when it feels hardest β is the greatest gift you can offer your body, your mind, your heart, and your healing.
Though self-kindness has been part of my life for decades, it wasnβt until five years ago, during a deep healing journey of my own, that I finally understood the subtle but profound difference between doing the practice and being in the practice.
That soft, steady shift changed everything.
And itβs what I feel called to share with you β
through lived experience, ongoing learning, and deep remembering.Maybe youβve felt it tooβ¦
That even with all the wellness tools, practices, and protocols β something still feels missing.
If weβre not being kind to ourselves, weβre overlooking the most essential ingredient to being truly well.Over the years, Iβve heard the same quiet truth from so many women:
βI know I need to be kinder to myself... but I donβt know how, or I just donβt have the time/energy/band-with/capacity etc..β
Or: βI try, but I keep falling back into old patterns.βThatβs why Softening into Grace exists.
Not to teach you something new β but to remind you of what you already know.
To gently support you in practicing it, again and again, through the season ahead.This is for you if;
