Gentle movement and stillness practices.

A small collection of bite size classes— in breath, movement and rest— to help you unwind and reconnect to your breath, body and heart.

These mini unwind sessions were originally created for my current students to have a few gentle practices to lean into, while I was away on holiday but then thought, perhaps some of my beautiful community members may like access too— as I know not everyone is local or can get to the studio in-person. So if this is you— welcome!

These sessions are an invitation into a softer and more gentle way of moving and being with yourself.

There are 6 mini classes in total— of breath, mindful movement and rest— to help you unwind from your day, although honestly they could be done at anytime of the day.

Priced at $22 (less than 1 class or 3 coffees!) these mini unwind sessions are perfect for the times when you need to get out of your head and back in your body, or you just want to unwind but aren’t sure what to do.

I hope you enjoy these sessions, as much as I did creating them. They are filmed raw and real— so if you’ve been wondering what a class is like with me, these will give you a fairly good indication! (Hint; they are gentle, kind, fun and joyful work-in for your body, that is both restorative and energy giving.)
