Gentle movement and stillness practices.

A small collection of bite size classes— in breath, movement and rest— to help you unwind and reconnect to your breath, body and heart.

These mini unwind sessions were originally created for my current students to have a few gentle practices to lean into, while I was away on holiday but then I thought, perhaps some of my beautiful community members may like access too— especially as there are many of you that are not local or able to get to the studio in-person. If this is you— welcome!
This is a space where your invited into a softer and more gentle way of moving and being with yourself.

Each class is intended to help you unwind from your day, but honestly they could be done at anytime of the day.

If you do decide to unwind with me, I hope you enjoy these mini sessions, as much as I did creating them. They are filmed very raw and real— so if you’ve been wondering what a class is like with me, these will give you a fairly good indication! (Hint; they are gentle, kind, fun, joyful, and both restorative and energy giving.)
