MY WELLBEING + YOGA STUDIO
I offer small and intimate classes (courses and events) in mindful movement, conscious breath and sweet stillness for wellbeing of body and mind from my studio, in the peaceful area of Brooklet - (just down the road from the popular and picturesque village of Newrybar), in the hinterland of Byron Bay.

sunset savasana + champagne
A rest class with a difference. Sweet savasana, sunset and champagne. This popular fortnightly rest class is an invitation to press pause and just be. No yoga experience needed, just a longing for some quality time-out from doing, ‘all the things’.

exploring the art of awareness
BREATH | MEDITATION | MINDFULNESS | BEING
A course (of four consecutive Mondays) exploring, learning and integrating the simple yet powerful and timeless techniques of breath work, meditation, mindfulness and being (present).
Course starts Monday May 6th and runs each consecutive Monday thru to May 27th.
