an afternoon of gentle goodness
to rest, receive and replenish.

A Sunday siesta is inspired by the slower rhythm of Spanish afternoons — siestas, sunsets and stillness. This slow and gentle afternoon invites you to take a precious pause from the daily ‘doing’ (of life) and soften into ‘being’— for one delicious and deeply restorative afternoon.

rest & reiki . sunset & sound . charcuterie & cava.

Full body exhales. Deeper, softer, steadier breaths.
Nourishment and replenishment for your whole body.
Reconnection to yourself.

A gentle celebration of rest before the festive season.

SLOW IS CALLING ME

YOUR SIESTA AWAITS

A little note from me— Georgia, the creator of this goodness.

For over 10 years, I’ve been offering beautiful restorative experiences for people— small immersions, day retreats and several day ones. And over this time I’ve noticed that people have become more busy, more time poor, more overwhelmed and over-commited, and less connected to themselves.

Slowing down, is more important than ever.

Originally this offering was to be full day retreat— for people to really unwind and just be. But after listening to my wonderful community, it became very apparent that — as much as everyone was craving and needing a precious pause— finding a full day for themselves (at this time of year), was creating more pressure and stress, and that is most certainly not what I’m about!

In hearing this, adjustments were made and here we are with, a Sunday siesta, a shorter half day experience instead— meeting you where you’re at. And while the retreat duration time has lessened, the quality has not.

This 1/2 day retreat, like all my offerings, is still one very nourishing and replenishing afternoon retreat— crafted with care, and filled with a whole lot of love and intention— to help you to feel a little lighter, and more like you.

So, my beautiful time-poor and in-need-of-deep-rest friend, this is your invitation to join me (and 10 other women) for an afternoon of gentle goodness and genuine rest — where you have full permission to pause.

I can’t wait to share the sweet goodness of a Sunday siesta with you. And take you from doing to being, from rushing to resting and feeling stretched to spacious.

With love,

Georgia xx

Lovely words from lovely people
(from previous day retreats)

  • Thank you for reminding me it's okay to 'be'. And that I don't always need to be 'doing' to be worthy. Being day retreat was blissful rest, blissful food and I am leaving feeling nourished in every sense. The best gift and act of love I could of given to myself.

    — Genevieve

  • Thank you! A much needed and beautiful day. You have reminded me to slow and not always be on the go! I will be taking more time to be me and simply 'be'.

    — Catherine

  • Thank you for taking care of us and making me feel so special. My heart is bursting with love and nourishment. I feel so loved up! There was so much love in everything. Loved the attention to detail. And the food and location - OMG - just divine. I felt like I had been transported to Europe for the day. So dreamy.

    — Kristyn

  • Every single detail was much needed medicine for my soul. The beauty of it all- your studio, your place, your food, your nurturing way, your facilitation - was beyond beautiful! Feeling refreshed, rested and so very alive at the same time.

    — Rosie

  • Beautiful relaxing day. Everywhere we looked there were small gorgeous details, showing the love and care that was put into this day. Sometimes we need to be reminded of the potency of simple rituals to slow down and appreciate life. Thank you. I'm leaving, feeling a deep sense of relaxation and rejuvenation, with the added bonus of heartfelt gratitude.

    — Kerry

  • The most beautiful day, space and place! All the little touches and sweet details had me feeling loved up and at ease from the moment I arrived. — Melina

  • Thank you for your gifts of love today. My cup is full - of tea, the most scrumptious food, soul lifting music and meditation and sweet reminders to slow. I leave you today feeling calmer, clearer and on a path of taking gentle care of me. Thank you.
