I offer small and intimate classes (and events) in mindful movement, conscious breath and restorative stillness for wellbeing of body and mind from my home based studio. Located in the peaceful and picturesque area of Brooklet - (just down the road from the popular village of Newrybar), in the hinterland of Byron Bay.

sunset savasana + champagne
A rest class with a difference. Sweet sweet savasana, sunset and sparkling wine. This popular monthly rest class is an invitation to press pause and just be. No yoga experience needed, just a longing for quality rest and time-out from doing, ‘all the things’.
