Hello and welcome, to a gentler way of being (and doing life).
I’m Georgia- gentle yoga and mindfulness teacher, holistic lifestyle and health coach, reiki practitioner, owner of Nest Studio (in the beautiful Byron Bay Hinterland), ex busy-badge-wearer, mother, mentor, writer, runner and lover of outdoor adventures, sunshine and living slower.
Nicknamed the Queen of Rest, I’m here to help you find your slow, live more gently and feel better in your body and being.

the sisterhood: monthly share circle
A monthly gathering for women who wish to connect on a deeper level, with like minded souls in a safe space— to sit in circle, sip some tea and share from the heart (if you feel called)— listening with ears of understanding and seeing with eyes of compassion.
Wednesday evening’s 7pm (monthly)
Tea and comfy props are provided. Come as you are.
