Over four consecutive Monday’s during the month of May, (for Mindful in May) you will explore and learn the simple, yet powerful and timeless techniques of breath work, meditation, mindfulness and being (present). Giving you tools of support to help navigate the busy-ness (and stressors) of modern day life with more ease, flow, clarity and calmness.

I will guide you through breath work, meditation, mindfulness, visualisation and the the power of our thoughts and beliefs. You will learn how to live a more mindful, nourishing and supportive life (by integrating these tools and techniques).

‘Presence’ begins Monday May 6th and runs each consecutive Monday till May 27th.

How do I know if I’m stressed?

There are some quite obvious signs of being stressed, such as feeling constantly anxious, worried and overwhelmed but there are many others that can manifest also, some of those being;

  • feeling irritable, agitated and easily annoyed

  • often argumentative and/or defensive with friends and family

  • often self critical and/or of others

  • restless sleeping and/or poor quality sleep

  • poor digestion

  • restless/frenetic mind

  • restless legs

  • difficulty concentraiting

  • brain fog and/or poor memory recall

  • feeling flat and/or uninspired by life

  • suffer from headaches and migraines

  • clenched jaw and/or grinding of teeth at night

  • skin rashes

  • auto-immune conditions

  • you’re constantly feeling ‘on’ (and running on adrenaline)

I love the concept of ‘presence’ but how do I implement it?

Implementing ‘presence’ into your day-to-day life will be an ongoing work in progress (as various techniques become more habitual) and something that we (as a group, throughout the course) will discuss and work on slowly adding to day-to-day life, so as to avoid overwhelm and ensure a better rate of implementation.

Each person and their lifestyle is unique and how one person integrates the work will be different for another.

All learning and writing material, props (cushions, bolsters, blankets, chairs (if required) and refreshments.
